A firm peppermint fondant centre, accounting for 68% of the piece, sits inside an intense dark chocolate shell containing 95% cocoa solids. This is the longest running recipe in the range, pairing a powerful mint oil with a bitter chocolate coating for a distinctly indulgent, contrasting flavour.
Made with sugar, cocoa mass, glucose syrup, peppermint oil with other natural flavourings, cocoa butter and soya lecithin, each 200g case is gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and certified kosher (KLBD), supporting steady demand within the mint chocolate category.
