- Bittermints, the original recipe, a firm mint fondant in intense 95% cocoa dark chocolate
- Mint Crisps, crisp honeycomb pieces in dark chocolate infused with peppermint oil
- Elizabethan Mints, a soft peppermint fondant centre in dark chocolate
- Dark English Mints, a dark chocolate baton infused with fresh peppermint oil
