A chewy shiitake mushroom jerky carrying a smoked chilli and garlic kick, made mostly from shiitake mushroom (70%) with natural flavourings and spices. It is a ready to eat, plant based snack, Non-GMO, with no added MSG, artificial colours or preservatives, and it provides a strong source of dietary fibre.
Not suitable for gluten or soybean allergy sufferers. A vegan format well suited to the growing plant based savoury snacking category.
