Vegetable shortening supplied in a resealable 1.36kg tin, made from soybean oil and palm oil with mono- and diglycerides for a smooth, workable texture. It blends more easily than butter, needs no refrigeration and resists scorching or burning during frying.

Contains 50% less saturated fat than butter, making it a practical base for cake decorating and confectionery work supplied by the tin.
