A fast acting yeast for bread baking and yeast cookery, added straight from the pack to dry ingredients with no need for pre-activation. It suits both hand baking and bread machines, with around 1 tsp typically needed per 500g of bread flour. Vacuum packed to preserve freshness (the pack will feel firm until opened), it is gluten free and supplied in 125g units.
