Hickory liquid smoke supplied in a 946g (32 fl oz) bottle with a pour spout cap and tamper evident foil lined seal, giving a consistent wood fired flavour batch after batch. Works well brushed onto roasts, ribs, chops, chicken, turkey or steaks and left to stand for 15 to 20 minutes, or stirred into barbecue sauce, baked beans and marinades at around 2 to 4 tablespoons per gallon. Shake well before use.
