An Asian inspired coating sauce built on honey (10%) and soy sauce (9%), rounded out with plum concentrate and fresh ginger for a balance of sweet and savoury notes. It works as a one-step marinade and cook-in sauce for meat, poultry or vegetables, and contains soya and wheat as noted in the ingredients. Supplied 12 x 200ml per case for reliable, repeat stocking.
