Built on a soy protein base rather than wheat gluten, this jerky style strip is seasoned with a smoky, tangy Texas BBQ profile. Vegan Certified and Non GMO, it contains no cholesterol, no preservatives and no artificial colours, while still delivering a genuinely high protein, high energy snack.
Each 28g strip works equally well eaten straight from the pack or chopped into salads, stir fries, burritos and warm sandwiches. As meat free snacking continues to grow, this soy based option gives a point of difference alongside the seitan strips in the range.
