Deep purple ready to roll fondant icing, workable by hand, rolled out or shaped with cutters and moulds, for covering and decorating cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Cases are packed 12 x 250g, a practical bulk quantity for matched colour across a decorating run. Knead until pliable and roll out at room temperature on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness.
