Jet black ready to roll fondant, kneaded and rolled out or hand modelled and cut with moulds, for covering and decorating cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Each case is packed as 12 x 250g blocks, a useful bulk quantity for consistent dark shades across a batch. Use at room temperature, kneading until pliable before rolling on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and Kosher and Halal approved.
