A vivid poppy red fondant that rolls out smoothly, hand moulds easily and works well with cutters and mould sets for covering and finishing cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Supplied as a pack of 12 x 250g blocks, giving a consistent shade across larger decorating runs. Knead until pliable, then roll on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the thickness required, using at room temperature for the best results.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and Kosher and Halal approved.
