Classic white ready to roll fondant icing, supplied twelve to a case at 250g per pack, also available in 500g and 1kg formats. The icing rolls out, hand moulds or cuts with stamps and moulds, forming a smooth, even base for covering and decorating cakes, cupcakes and biscuits.
Knead until pliable, then roll on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar and work at room temperature.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and Kosher and Halal approved, white is a steady, high turnover shade.
