A pastel green ready to roll fondant icing that can be rolled out, hand modelled or shaped with cutters and moulds, giving a smooth, even finish across cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Supplied in 250g blocks and best used at room temperature, kneaded until pliable and rolled on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and Kosher and Halal approved.
