Bright white ready to roll fondant icing that rolls out, hand moulds or cuts with stamps and moulds, giving a smooth, even base for covering and decorating cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. This listing is the 500g pack, with 250g and 1kg options also available.
Knead until pliable, then roll on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar and work at room temperature.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and Kosher and Halal approved, white remains one of the most consistently requested shades for cake covering.
