This drywors seasoning blends coriander, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, salt and other spices into a profile similar to the well known Safari biltong seasoning, giving buyers a natural companion line. Recommended usage is 30g of spice per kg of meat, and the 1kg pack suits regular, high volume production runs.
