A crumbly, melt in the mouth gluten free shortbread made from a rice and potato starch flour blend with 29% butter, sugar and salt. Each 140g pack contains nine rounds, with twelve packs to a case, giving a gluten free option that adds range without added complexity to a shortbread line.
Suitable for vegetarians and certified Kosher (OUD). Allergens are shown in bold within the ingredients; the product may also contain nuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
